XORPENDA is a digital service sold by XORPENDA LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States (EIN 43-2663103).
1. Nothing physical is shipped
XORPENDA plans and AI credits are delivered online. No physical goods are sent, so there are no shipping costs, carriers or delivery addresses involved.
2. How and when you get access
- Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Studio): your plan is activated on your XORPENDA account as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
- AI credits: credits are added to your account balance immediately after payment.
- You receive an order confirmation by email with your order number (it starts with XP-) and your access details.
3. Where the service is available
XORPENDA is a web app that works in any modern browser. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
4. Access problems
If you have not received access or credits within 1 hour of payment, check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@xorpenda.com or +1 505 544 4675 with your order number. We reply within 2 business days and will activate your access or refund you if we cannot.
5. Billing descriptor
Charges appear on your card or bank statement under the name XORPENDA LLC.
